Wild Food Weekend
Friday 5th to Sunday 7th March 2010
Spend happy hours with food expert Rachel Lambert, learning to forage in the unspoilt landscape surrounding Tresanton. Two night’s accommodation, all meals (to include the foraged produce), varied walks, talks and recipes for all your wild finds are included.
£520 for single occupancy
£400pp for double occupancy.
- Friday evening:
8pm Talk and slide show "The Joys of Foraging" (1/2 hour) followed by private dinner with Rachel Lambert. - Saturday morning:
10.30am to 12.30pm Field and Hedgerow Walk followed by pic nic lunch. - Saturday afternoon:
2pm to 4pm Coastal Walk. - Saturday evening:
Dinner in the Restaurant. - Sunday morning:
11am to 1pm Seashore Walk. Lunch and depart.
